APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT
Welcome to CAMB Nation Tribal Enrollment!
Please read through this package entirely before you begin the process of application to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and can fully complete our requirements for enrollment application. If you do not have all of the information required for enrollment, such as DNA test results or family heritage chart, we have the ability to work with you to allow extra time you may need for completion, though it may delay the processing of your application.
Secondly, CAMB Nation is a family-oriented indigenous community who wishes to be inclusive. You will notice that we have both Native and non-Native membership applications. We extend an invitation to every Native family unit who has non-Native relatives, such as spouses and adopted or non-Native children, to also be incorporated into our community. The only difference will be, their tribal enrollment identification cards will state that they are non-Native, because we use the federal standard of Native acknowledgement.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
To enroll, you must complete ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Rules and Regulations
2. Citizenship Application
3. Pedigree Chart
4. CAMB Cultural Test
5. Birth Certificate
6. Background Check (provided by our Tribal Investigative Division), and pay non-refundable background check fee: $20
7. Passport style Photo (2 x 2 inches) of applicant
8. DNA Ancestry test results (only need Native marker/percentage, minimum 25%)
9. Copy of one valid government-issued identification with photo, such as Driver's License, State ID, or Passport. For Mexican Applicants we accept Matricula Consular ID, Passport
10. Pay non-refundable enrollment processing fee per applicant: Adults ages 18+ = $75, Veterans = $65, Elders 70+ = $30, Ages 1-17 = FREE.
11. Pay non-refundable Tribal ID Card fee per applicant: Adults 18+ = $60, Veterans = $55, Elders 70+ = $10, Ages 1-17 = $20
Please add the appropriate amounts from items 6, 10 & 11 and submit your payment using Paypal. Select the option "For friends and family" as we will otherwise be charged an unnecessary fee. If you select "For goods and services", we will refuse and return the payment, and your application will not be processed.

INFORMATION ON ANNUAL TRIBAL ID CARD RENEWAL
We have annual ID renewal periods; all CAMB Nation ID cards expire on October 31 the following year. The period for requesting renewal and paying the fee is between AUGUST 1st and OCTOBER 1st. During that period, you may email to request a new card and pay your fee and we will process that and mail out your new card before the expiration date. But please keep in mind we will be very busy later so the sooner you make your request and pay the fee, the faster we can send out your new card to you.
Renewal of an EXPIRED ID Card may incur a 10$ late fee and delays in receiving your renewed ID card because our period for renewals will have already ended and we will have moved on to other tribal affairs. If you choose NOT to renew your Tribal ID Card and are an Inactive member of the community, you will be automatically disenrolled and removed from tribal communications and we wish you well and no hard feelings. However, if you come back after a long period of time wishing to rejoin the community, we may or may not consider your request. If your ID Card is lost or stolen, please report immediately to tribal leadership and we will provide a replacement ID Card for a nominal fee.
Non-refundable Renewal ID Card fees per one year: Adults 18+ = $60, Veterans = $55, Elders 70+ = FREE, Ages 1-17 = $20.
